    • Hi John

      We do offer refunds if you cancel. The exact amount refunded would depend on different factors (how close to the departure date you were, what sort of holiday it was etc), but all the cancellation information is included in our Terms and Conditions which you’d be able to see before you booked your holiday online.

  3. im not the best of travaller getting very agitated thinking of it .my husband surprised me with the trip for my birthday .i constantly nagged him about andre rieu . will have to consider what is the best to do thank you for your support jean

  8. disappointed for my neighbour who had booked a trip from Exmouth to London to see Michael Flatley – she has to use a rollator and required help to get onto the coach – she was told this would not be advisable as Newmarket Coach Drivers are not insured to help their travellers on and off the coach – and then the problem was with the LONDON PALLDIUM not having access to thier upper floors for people with less mobility . . . the London Palladium issue could have been resolved if my neighbour had booked earlier and got seats in the stalls but the inability of the driver to help passengers – never heard anything so ridiculous . . . so if you are not fully mobile be aware of booking with this company.

      Thanks for getting in touch. All our drivers should be helping customers load and unload their luggage, and get on and off the coach – so we wonder if there has been some sort of misunderstanding with your neighbour. We’d certainly encourage her to contact us again to see if there’s anything else we can do to help. It is unfortunately true that some London theatres and venues can be challenging for anyone with reduced mobility, but we will always try to offer the most appropriate and accessible seats we can.

  9. We are travelling on m v serenade 2 in July does the ship have wifi ?

    • Hello. The ship does have WiFi (for which there is a charge) in the bar and reception areas. Please feel free to email us if you have any other questions.

      • Can you tell me what the charge is for Wifi on the MV Serenade 2? Is it on a per hour, per day, entire cruise, or what basis?

        At present, WiFi on board Serenade 2 is only available in the bar and reception. The current costs are:

        €2.50 for one hour
        €5.00 for three hours
        €12.50 for one day
        €27.50 for one week

      Our Operations Team suggest you contact the coach company directly, though we can certainly give you a number for them. To work out which number to give you, we’ll first need to know where you were travelling from and/or your Booking Reference.

      Once we know that we can be sure to give you the right number.

  13. Amazing couple of days to Wimbledon and Windsor Castle . Our courier Janet and our driver John were fabulous through out the 2 day trip a real credit to Newmarket Holidays . Will defiantly be booking another trip soon. Thank you so much.
